Crashed on El Capitan

This application crashes all of the time on a Mac running 10.11.2. If you read the manufacturers forum you see that there are many complaints about the crashes and although the developer says they are working to fix it - the date on this app is from last February (2015). That doesn’t sound like they are really trying to fix it.
